What we collect
- Data you give us when you fill in a form, apply to a mentorship, book a discovery call or join the newsletter: name, email and the answers you choose to share.
- Messages you send us by email or Instagram.
- Basic technical data collected by the services embedded on this site (see Cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, review your application and organise your call (pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver the mentorships and services you book (contract).
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We only use trusted providers that help run this site and our services: Flodesk (forms and newsletter), Vimeo (videos), our booking tool for discovery calls, and Cloudflare (hosting). Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@arisaso.com. You can also file a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.pt).
